Bamboo DJ: Kash
Dj Kash has been at the forefront of the urban music scene in Scotland since its early stages right up to its current domination.
Founder and former owner of Scotland’s 1ST all urban record store The Beatbox, and being one half of the production duo Koncrete Beatz, Kash is currently in the studio working on projects with Scottish Urban acts L-Marie, Nafees and Raff.
Currently hosts a weekly radio show on Scotland’s largest student radio station Sub City radio (www.subcity.org) as well as various club residencies around the city.
Trevor Nelson (Mtv Lick/Radio 1), Tim Westwood (Radio 1/Mtv Pimp My Ride UK), Shortee Blitz (Kiss 100FM) & DJ 279 (Choice FM) are some of the
heavyweight djs he has played along side with as well as US legends such as Jazzy Jeff (The Fresh Prince/A Touch O Jazz), DJ Craze (3 Time World DMC Champ), & Jam Master Jay (Run Dmc) RIP.
Kash describes his DJing style as “edutainment” to “educate and entertain while focusing on rocking the party”
